Wildest Dreams (Taylor Swift) - Late Elementary

A late elementary piano arrangement of Taylor Swift's 'Wildest Dreams', perfect for piano students who are eager to play something from their favorite popular artist. This also offers practice in counting 2 beat triplets, and syncopation, but the familiarity of the melody will make learning a couple higher level rhythms more fun!

Last Christmas (Wham!) - Elementary

An easy piano arrangement of this melancholy holiday pop favorite. This setting sits under the hands comfortably and is suitable for beginning pianists of all ages!

Licensed arrangements are published through Hal Leonard's ArrangeMe program, and can be purchased on SheetMusicPlus. Click below for preview and purchasing options.

In Summer (Frozen) - Elementary

An arrangement for Primer to Elementary piano solo. The melody is shared between the hands so beginners will not have to worry about moving around the keyboard as much. This fun piece is a good introduction to both triplets and a swing beat for beginning pianists - and they'll be learning these rhythmic skills with a piece of music they already know and love.

Licensed arrangements are published through Hal Leonard's ArrangeMe program and can be purchased from SheetMusicPlus. Click below for preview and purchasing options.

Do You Want to Build a Snowman (Frozen) - Elementary

This sweet melody is another popular one from Disney's movie Frozen. This sheet music has the option to play both hands an octave higher throughout the piece (which is how I've recorded it in the video below). It compliments the simple sweetness of this melody beautifully.

This arrangement is suitable for an elementary level pianist.

Let it Go (from Frozen) - Elementary & Intermediate Versions

One of the most popular Disney songs for the current generation! I have two arrangements of this piece for Late Elementary to Early Intermediate pianists. The only difference is the final chorus of the Early Intermediate version offers a chance to practice using repeated eighth notes in the bass to build a feeling of momentum and power. This does require some extra coordination and awareness of both tempo and rhythm, so if that seems a bit too much for your young pianist, the Late Elementary version is just as lovely and uses a simpler blocked chord in the bass.

Early Intermediate Version
(eighth note bass)

Counting Stars (One Republic) - Elementary Piano Solo

An arrangement of One Republic's song Counting Stars suitable for late elementary pianists. This piece has a driving beat and will allow piano students to work on maintaining a steady tempo while interpreting it for solo piano.

Licensed arrangements are published through Hal Leonard's ArrangeMe program and can be purchased on either Sheet Music Plus or Sheet Music Direct.

Married Life (from Up) - Intermediate

Married Life is the main theme from Pixar's Up. This nostalgic waltz has become very popular in its own right in the years since the movie's release, and continues to trend in heartwarming Tiktok videos and Instagram reels.

Arranged for intermediate piano, this is a fun piece to learn and perform.

Licensed arrangements are published through Hal Leonard's ArrangeMe program, and can be purchased on both Sheet Music Plus and Sheet Music Direct.

Wide Awake (Katy Perry) - Elementary

An easy piano arrangement suited for a late elementary or early intermediate pianist. Quick changes between themes will provide practice in anticipating changes in the music, and the optional pedal will allow intermediate students to practice connected pedaling and achieve a more sophisticated sound.

Titanium (David Guetta) - Intermediate

Stay (Rihanna) - Early Intermediate

Play your radio favorites on the piano, starting with this piano solo of Rihanna's 'Stay', perfect for intermediate pianists.

The video below has been recorded without the repeats so you can hear how the verse, chorus and bridge are done without the video being too long, feel free to include the repeats in your interpretation though!

Stay with Me (Sam Smith) - Intermediate

Experience this heartfelt song in a new way by playing it yourself! This arrangement of 'Stay with Me' balances 3 voices between the two hands making it suitable for late intermediate to advancing pianists. The slow pace of the music, and the patterns that repeat throughout also make this a good piece for introducing this type of playing, with use of the pedal to help sustain all 3 voices.

While the video demo is played without repeats, they are included in the sheet music, so feel free to include the repeats in your interpretation!

Nothing Like Us (Justin Bieber) - Intermediate

Jingle Bell Rock - Late Beginner

Jingle Bell Rock is arranged here for Late Beginning piano solo. This is a fun piece to play arranged around Middle C with a little bit of movement to other positions where it's needed. This selection also presents some areas for beginners to grow their rhythm and coordination, as the melody passes back and forth between the right and left hands. Once mastered, it's an upbeat piece that works great for a holiday concert or a family gathering. The sheet music file even comes with a lyric sheet in case of a spontaneous singalong!

Winter Wonderland - Early Intermediate

Winter Wonderland is arranged here for late beginner through early intermediate piano. The chromatic bass part in the opening line lends a little extra sophistication to this relaxing holiday piece. Because this song is in E flat Major, which can be a little tricky for students less experienced with key signatures, the file comes with two versions: one with the traditional key signature, and the other with the key represented as accidentals throughout the piece. Depending on the pianist's comfort level with key signatures, they can play from whichever suits best.

Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree - Early Intermediate

Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree is arranged here for early intermediate piano. Students can really practice swinging the beat in this crowd pleaser that is an excellent choice for a holiday recital or family gathering. You are sure to get some toes tapping, and this sheet music file also comes with a lyric sheet just in case anyone wants to sing along.

Frosty the Snowman - Early Intermediate

Frosty the Snowman is arranged here for early intermediates. It has a few fun ornaments, and some octave jumps in the bass clef to give it a little extra bounce and playfulness. This piece is perfect for a holiday recital, a family party, or just for fun! And the sheet music file also comes with a lyric sheet in case of spontaneous singalongs.

Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer - Beginner

Rudolph is arranged here in Middle C position, perfect for beginning pianists. There are a few times when the hands play together to make a chord at the end of a phrase, and this adds just a little extra shine to this holiday favorite while keeping it simple enough for first year pianists. Because it is such a familiar melody, any rhythms that might be trickier to read can be learned by rote or ear.

I have arranged this piece at 2 levels. This is the one for primer/beginning pianists. If you're looking for something a little more advanced, try this early intermediate arrangement.

Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer - Early Intermediate

This arrangement of Rudolph is perfect for later beginner or early intermediate pianists. It includes the part of the song with all the reindeer names at the beginning, and that intro is a great way to learn triplets over two beats, because the familiarity of the melody will make it easier for students to feel what can sometimes be a tricky timing. Students also get to explore some octave jumps in the bass part. This piece is just the thing for that holiday party or concert!

I have arranged this piece at 2 levels. If you think something a little easier would suit, you can see the arrangement for beginning piano here.
